A lot of individuals are marketing free World of Warcraft and I’m sure you have seen that just about all of them are either scams or private servers whcih not only breaks the TOU and EULA but also isn’t nearly as good as being on an official sever.

I just came across a website giving away World of Warcraft accounts and authentication keys for free. A buddy of mine recently received his this morning as well. They are definitely worth checking out in my opinion. I just got mine last week and it seems to work fine to me. I am really liking it right now so much and am so happy that I found this at last.

At first I was a really sceptical about it but I just got my free account last week with both The Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Litch King expansions on it.
Maybe they will start including Cataclysm in this when it comes out too!

I don’t know if they are all including the expansions or if I just got one of the lucky ones but then again, a free account is a free account. You still have to download the game though unless they end up sending me disks in the future. That’s just a torrent away anyways so it’s really not too bad. Now that I think about bit, you can grab a trial with Blizzard and download it directly from their site anyways.

Also, there is a free game time card out there that I don’t personally have experience with but have heard good things about.

Update:
I have been playing on the official server for about 6 months now and so far my account is still in good standing and haven’t had any problems out of it. I had some worries there for a little while but it’s still going strong. I ordered a power leveler and boutgh some gold and everything is still running great. I was running Nax last night and had a ton of fun with my friend who all got free accounts from them too. Hopefully I won’t have to buy Cataclysm when it comes out and I can get a free copy of it like I did with my original account and Burning Crusade.
If anyone wants to jump on with me, I play on Lothar and my name is Shamarak. We play PvE and a friend of mine runs on of the largest and most successful guilds on our server.
