Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne Patch?

i have the frozen throne game, but i lost the cd. i tried getting the patch, and it said the patch wasn’t up to date, but i compared the patch with the game, and it said exactly this: “This patch does not need to be applied to the game. The version of the game you have installed is more up to date than this patch. – File name: C:\warcraftIII\War3.exe – File version: 1.22.0.6328 – Patch version: 1.22.0.6328″ kinda weird….help me out here =\

Go on to start my programs then the Games name and then click ”Repair” i had that problem with world of warcraft Burning crusade that worked
